Dehloran Petro Refining Company · NGL-3100
Data engineering for the next era of maintenance.
An integrated data-engineering and KARDINO CMMS deployment at the NGL-3100 complex — 65,000 bbl of crude and 78 MMSCF of gas per day managed on a reliable, data-driven asset framework.
Project overview
The project establishes a reliable, data-driven maintenance and asset-management framework: collection, cleansing and standardisation of asset data in accordance with ISO 14224 and NORSOK Z-008, development of asset hierarchies and maintenance workflows, phased deployment of KARDINO CMMS modules, user training and Business Intelligence integration.
It marks a shift from traditional software procurement to operational knowledge embedded in software — repairing data infrastructure, correcting processes and measuring real performance.
